Within a workplace, I demonstrate my accountability with my maturity and intelligence. I stand strong on holding myself accountable, and responsible while in the workplace. This goes for my projects and how I treat others.
Being resilient is very important when working in the field of public relations. Being resilient is the way I allow myself to accept all defeats as growing moments, and proceed to learn, grow and thrive.
The golden rule is "treat others as you want to be treated" which is also how my parents raised me. I will always treat those around me with kindness; whether I agree with their values. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and being able to identify differences and treat others with kindness is very important.
Being able to keep an open mind regardless of our differences among people, is extremely important- not only in the workplace but in life. Collaborating with people from all different areas is how a diverse team is created and is able to grow.
As a public relations major, communication is very important to me. Open, growth-minded and collaborative communication is the key to a successful workplace with a strong team.
