Administrative Assistant
In August 2023, I was hired as an administrative assistant for the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC). The ICCAC is the conference for 15 community collegiate athletic teams in Iowa and neighboring Nebraska.
While working at the ICCAC I've gained hands-on experience in my future career field.

Head Volleyball Coach
In June 2022, I was hired as the head junior varsity volleyball coach and varsity assistant coach for Ballard High School. This has been the most rewarding position I've ever accepted.
Watching girls I've bonded new relationships with, growing deeply in love with volleyball every day, growing their skills and becoming someone they've always dreamt of being— is much more than a job for me.
ChildServe Communications Intern
Over the summer of 2023, I interned at ChildServe in Johnston, Iowa. ChildServe is a nonprofit organization serving children in Iowa with special healthcare needs. As a communications intern, I served the organization by creating staff profiles, children's stories and communicating with staff and families via email.
While being an intern at a nonprofit organization, I was able to learn how ChildServe makes an impact on families daily.
Game Operations Intern
For my first internship, I was given the opportunity to work for the Iowa State University Athletics Department as a game operations intern. Within this position, my leadership skills grew tremendously while working at events.
I was the main contact point while working on events such as Iowa State volleyball and football games. I also grew in a professional aspect and learned about how to be treated and how to treat others as professionals, at a young age.
